With everything that has transpired over the past month, I feel it is important to have the mindset of ‘starting a new day”. A great way to start a day off, plus it helps in the healing process.
My Aunt used to tell me, “what doesn’t get done today, will get done tomorrow”. Once I started listening to her, each day truly felt brand new. I stopped carrying the baggage of yesterday into my “new” today. The pressure of getting everything done in one day was gone.

Our family is currently experiencing the healing process with the loss of a loved one; maintaining Good Vibes has helped to hang on to great memories and to focus on life in a positive and motivated way, just like our loved one lived her life.
