The Good Vibes Only Roadshow – Living a Stress Free Life

Living a stress free life does not mean, you have lots of money sitting in the bank.  Isn’t it funny how, when we hear someone is stress free, they tend to think they have lots of money?  This is not always the case.

For me, living a stress free life means, we know how to remain calm in negative situations, we know how to live one day at a time, and we know how to find the happiness in every single day.

Something very important:   You need to understand, every issue you may find yourself dealing with is temporary.  You have heard the phrase, “this too shall pass”; it is true!

When challenges creep up on us, we tend to think, these challenges will be with us forever, but they never stay that long.  By understanding challenges are temporary, will help you to remain calm when these challenges show up.  It will also help you to deal with them and to make right decisions.  Developing this mindset is the beginning of living a stress free life.

It is in our approach to every situation which sets the tone for how we live each day.

Yes, we need money to be able to buy the necessities in life; food, shelter, clothing, etc., but it does not have to dictate whether you are stress free or not.  To be honest, the pressure some people put on themselves to have more money in the bank, tends to create stress.

I enjoy waking up each morning happy, regardless if I have some challenges coming my way, than waking up worried about how much I have in the bank.
