Over the weekend, I turned 29 “yet” again! My husband and our daughter, surprised me by inviting my sister-in-law and my niece out to our camp for a BBQ! I was so happy to see them, as it had been a while!
One thing about our family, we love to sit around the kitchen table and talk! My sister-in-law has done extremely well on her weight loss journey, and in doing so, she found “dance” to be the best exercise for her! I agreed! If there is one form of exercise to do, I love to dance.
You can use absolutely, every muscle, you can move in any direction you want to, and doing all of this with a smile on your face!
When thinking about exercise, you think of lifting weights, using the treadmill, and other pieces of equipment, but when you think about it, although they are very good for you, you never seem to see anyone smiling while they are doing this. Keep in mind, I’m not degrading this form of exercise, as I do believe in it, but I also feel it is important to incorporate a form of exercise that brings a smile to your face.
When talking to my sister-in-law, she started to smile from ear to ear when she spoke about how she dances for exercise! Feel free to dance in your kitchen, or anywhere around the house! Try it out! You will feel free!
