During times of struggle, during times of hurt, and during times of frustration, we need to remind ourselves to “keep spreading the love”.
It is easy, when going through difficult times, to stop “feeling” anything. In reality, we need to remind ourselves that “love” is what keeps us all together and keeps hurtful situations “temporary”. When we don’t dive into love, all those negative situations become permanent longer than anything else.
We need to remind ourselves that we are all different and we handle things differently than each other; it’s when we love each other through it, makes all the difference in the World. We all have feelings that get hurt, or situations that may depress us, but acknowledge the other persons feelings instead of pointing the finger; keep spreading the love, and all things will heal.
The World needs healing and it is time to spread love rather than hate, spread positive vibrations rather than negative gossip, and spread comfort rather than distancing your communication.
